Despite his middling entertainment career he's VP at a successful marketing company, and was wealthy far before he started raking it in on patreon whereas almost everyone else just lucked into it and have been doing their absolute best to ruin their own good fortune.

Still seems very fucking suspect, Dax knows Ralph is a sped he knows that all of Ralphs nuthuggers are speds. It seems suspect to me that he would think that one of these stuttering autists could defeat something he and his ego failed to defeat. But maybe it was a way of diverting attention from himself? If he knows Zoom from when he was fucking with Tonka wouldn´t he have mostly likely seen the stream with Zoom and Riketa? In that case he know exactly what kind of shenanigans zoom was getting up too.

There is generally a No Corey Barnhills Rule in bloodsports, which is superseded in rare cases by the Maker's Mark Rule. When the Maker's Mark Rule is not in effect, Zoom (liar and pedophile) will weasel his way in by any means he can if there are sufficient eyes on the situation

He was under attack and drunk at the time. He had the choice of just taking it as it was going or maybe getting help from Zoom. Feels like he was just looking for an out.

You don't think that at some point that anyone involved in this thought "Gee, Zoom is a shady, pedophile, criminal dickbag. Maybe I shouldn't associate with him." But I doubt the gunt, dick or PPP thought rationally when involving zoom.

Every single one of them spends a week of shows on "Gee, Zoom is a shady, pedophile, criminal dickbag. Maybe I shouldn't associate with him." every damn time he manages to sneak his way in, or if the Maker's Mark Rule was invoked. If any of them ever learned anything, bloodsports would have died with the Kumite

That's more or less what I had in mind though. My assumption is he wasn't aware of all the exceptional shit the pedo did afterwards so he figured Zoom was ostensibly part or the jannie squad. That would explain the whole "Zoom.... What happened?" as well. I think he fully knew that Zoom was a piece of shit and wanted him to come in and get his hands dirty for him. IIRC Keemstar pulled the same shit and got burned for it himself.

I find that a lot more believable than any theory that involves Dick and Zoom having long term continuous contact of pretty much any type. We weren't aware at the time, but it's now known by all that PPP is the strongest character in IBS when he's oiled up. Everything Dick tried was ineffective so when Zoom got ahold of him he thought he was saved.

Its kind of funny how a literal who like full on raped the gunt, dick (a "professional" "comedian") and a good hunk of the IBS squad, and they didn't really do much to get to him. I mean what?
