All the replies saying don't go back but what other doctor would even take this on. If surgeon's won't touch others work in normal circumstances I don't see any other touching this with a ten foot pole. It literally looks like the dick was cut off and then someone used a hot butter-knife to smooth the balls down.

I think this may be the worst I've seen because it's not a 'complication' like many of the other horrors where something was obviously poorly done to begin with and was torn apart during healing. This was MADE this way and that makes it so much worse.

I once remember an illustrated book with some examples of horrifying, shitty taxidermy creations that were made by people who only had the skin of the animal and some second or third hand descriptions of it to work with. This "result" brings that book to mind, can't imagine why. This would be like how you'd expect a 17th century monk who never actually saw a woman's junk before try to fumble his way through an SRS operation, but if he didn't recognize the modern medical equipment and thought it more expedient to use office supplies instead.

I think it's really bad, if I didn't get that across properly.
