What a dumb fuck, these cunts have been able to get married in two different ways, the first was the civil unions/partnership and later marriage which was legal for both same sex and opposite sex couples. How does it benefit Brits? When you're married you get lower tax and a more likely for you to have a little bit more money and help contribute to the economy, clearly against my best interests!

You're not responsible for it at all, the Dutch have made the greatest progress for Europe in civil right fights for which I'm very grateful for truly I am. Also I think while you're very pessimistic, you underestimate your country for a TERF movement, it has some of the most vocal and outspoken TERFS more so than the Uk IMO. My favorite so far is Peachyoghurt Genderfree She is the one who peak trans me when I heard of this fantastic specimen Jess Bradley. One thing I love about Dutch people that i've spoken to, more open minded and are straight forward there is less bullshit, my own personal experience though for others ymmv.

While I agree that we're not responsible for this, the first srs happened in Berlin after all, I don't agree that Dutch people being open minded is a good thing, we're so open minded our brains have fallen out. Most Dutch people see stuff like pedophilia and beastiality as not harmful, in high school my class was shown outright online pornography in sex ed and I doubt we have more TERFS than the UK, it'd be social suicide for most people here if they're outspoken against transexuality, although we do have some TERFS yes.

But we act differently towards outsiders, tourists routinly consider Dutch people to be nice and friendly but believe me, it's different if you live here.

There’s also the possibility that a lining might either fuse or completely reject. I’m not sure how similar they are to what @Puddleduck is describing, but silicone dermal implants have been around for a while. Sometimes they go over just fine but other times even slightly lax wound care can cause a pretty gnarly situation.

anything rigid enough to keep the cavity open would likely cause a pressure ulcer eventually. pressure ulcers are notoriously difficult to heal, and in the pelvic cavity it ends up causing a fistula between the cavity and the rectum or bladder. also, a device would get dirty and trap bacteria in there.
 
I don't understand what there is to discuss with a surgeon about these operations what could he have told them other than 'make it look like a vagina and not a six day old chicken carcass'.

I mean, it's not possible, but that's the idea surely?

Hey man I hear you, I had absolutely no idea about the Dutch perspective on Pedophillia and Beastiality. The first SRS case in the United States happened at the John Hopkins Hospital, a great article about it which I think is actually relevant to this discussion is, Hopkins Hospital: a history of sex reassignment it's an interesting read from a historical perspective, and how things are today there are so many parallels it's sad and funny.
