39:25 - First mention of flagging from what I could tell. Accuses the guy of playing copyrighted material to flag himself and make it look like Ethan did it, in a way that sounds like (it is) Ralph making a veiled threat.

41:55 - Ethan pops up again. Says "it seems to be what you want" in reference to getting flagged for copyright.

43:42 - Ralph pastes this Imgur link in chat, proof of him flagging.

I still don't get the love for PPP. He's not a good troll.
