I always figured the red skin under the shaving cream was just natural shaving cream burn. That stuff stings if you keep it on too long. It can cause serious irritation if you wear it for long periods like in that video.
The ass problem is purely salt and shit, from sitting around and eating whatever crap his wife cooks. Wet and salty farts.
