As you said, they're fetishes. If you're fetishizing being female as so many of those people are, why wouldn't you fetishize two things women are infamous for doing that males aren't? That is, getting pregnant and being raped?

Some of them actually do cultivate the feminine attitude and are genuinely nice and humble people. I've talked to one for a couple of weeks without getting a hint that she was transgender (almost fully transitioned, too).
