arguing?? Most of patent prosecution isn't arguing, it's asking questions

patent prosecutors (attys practicing before the patent office or simple agents..as Frank is) generally aren't into arguing, they are not litigators. Its not their part of law, often they really hate litigation (which Frank has absolutely no qualifications for anyway) - the whole point behind crafting a good patent is to remove question, so there isn't an argument - you anticipate and obviate the question
and as a personality type..well patent law is usually a secondary career move, and generally for risk averse folks


When responding to an office action, you want to get the examiner on your side - you actually DO need the examiner to agree with you. Sure you want to lay out your theory, but arguing isn't going to help b/c you are communicating with the person who is making the determination, more like a judge. You aren't arguing with "the other side"


yawn...John's grandstanding about Frank's involvment in law is like when people theaten "I'll call my lawyer". It only works on people who aren't familiar with lawyers.

Ultra far right extremist Donald J. Bloomf will have the blood of BILLIONS on his hands because he tells everyone literally every fucking night to follow the guidelines and recommendations of their respective states. And yes, it is the responsibility of digital platforms to squash reprehensible violence like people organising peaceful protests.

To be fair, there are two statements that John has posted online that I believe to be true.

His parents are wealthy.

And he has at least attempted to commit multiple counts of rape by deception. (His claims that he was successful are almost certainly lies as no heterosexual males are likely to mistake a spastic Ichabod Crane in a miniskirt for an actual woman.)
