Nah, he usually just threatens to sic his supposed buddies at the FBI on someone. For something like this he'd have to be very careful about pursuing legal action, because for something to be libelous or defaming of his character, it would have to be untrue. If the sued party can show their evidence or produce it during discovery, well, Kurt's predilections wind up going on even more public record court documents.

And the FBI in Kurt Eichenwald's case, after they figured this all out, very much wanted to prosecute him. The head agent Bruce Donahue(?) (...) in Washington D.C. was interested in the prosecution, but it never happened after this Stephen Ryan guy got involved."

It's a simple fact that Kurt was guilty of conspiracy to produce child pornography. Anyone else who did what he did would have been prosecuted and people have been prosecuted under equally suspicious circumstances, case in point Pete Townshend of The Who. If anything Townshend's activities were less suspicious than Kurt's.

And this cunt Kurt will pretend he's some kind of hero to this day, even though his own version of events also has him guilty of serious felonies that would have him incarcerated and on a sex offender registry to this day.

So what you're saying is if he sues someone for defamation, it could result in a criminal case against him?
 
Kurt's such a nonentity that yesterday I briefly thought of him and couldn't for the life of me remember his last name, even though I've shit on him any number of times in this very thread.
