There's nothing even wrong with using a cartoon character unironically. My Life as a Teenage Robot is a great show.

However, if @Brit Crust started shitting on Hey Arnold because the characters have unrealistic head shapes, and postulated that a bad bitch like Brit Crust would never watch a silly show about deformed people? Then they'd rightfully be called autistic over caring that much about a cartoon.
