Those features are in no way the same. The nose isn't anywhere near to the one on the right including nose bump. Weight loss can change your face a lot but not completely change your base features including how big and far apart your eyes are.

I'm not sure how reliable he is for information but I was able to piece together from his various reddit profiles Jaymes_CharlesManson/Maxpayte/ssjQT that he was a fatty at 15, lost 120 pounds, went on hormones at 19, got a boob job, fillers and botox, went on like this for 4 years but then detransitioned 6-12 months ago, reversed the boob job, but then went on hormones back again less than a year after detransitioning. So those recent pictures and videos he posted are actually old and he never really stopped posting them for attention, even when he was "back" to being a guy. His need for constant attention is sad. All of his profiles scream "faggy twink" and he mostly looks for attention from men and yet there was one time he even posted to /r/dykesgonemild. That guy is a mess.
