So why does Australia want to do these measures? Why is freedom regarded as a bad thing? Is it the Chinese influence?
Scott Morrison has never been what I'd call a strong leader and those advising him are the Doherty Research Institute (Who just got a cash injection from Jack Ma, Alibaba billionaire) and UNSW, who also just got about $8 million for one research grant from China. Meanwhile, they won't listen to modelling from the University of Sydney's experts, who are by far and large, more equipped to give decent advise. I believe the UoS to be more honest than Doherty, Imperial College London or UNSW. So whilst it's hard to say, if you're getting your modelling from Chinese backed think tanks but not from other sources, is your modelling legit? That's what they're basing lockdowns on.
It's also worth noting that most jurisdictions such as the United States only test people who are sick. Numbers out of places like Iceland and Germany where more extensive testing is carried out seem to indicate a large percentage of people who contract the virus do not suffer any symptoms at all and they never get counted toward the totals in countries like the US.
Yeah, Iceland found that most people had been infected and didn't even know. Lombardy in Italy found that 40/60 tested had had it, even tho they had no symptoms. No wonder the FDA is holding up serology testing in the US.
The spread of Coronavirus has been going on for much longer and has been much more widespread with no symptoms than the corrupt WHO would have you believe.
the point is that we're trying to ensure that the healthcare system doesn't wind up collapsing under the strain of this outbreak,
Problem is, it will. It will collapse because of the closure of private hospitals. Private hospitals take a lot of the overflow. Elective, cancer treatments, specialised treatments etc. Most are now struggling.
Nurses and doctors have been laid off.
So what do you do when they close?
Lots of private hospitals are saying they've got only weeks worth of cash left. Others only months. I understand that controlling the contagion is important, but it has and will come at the cost of not only private hospitals that will fold, but the lives of people who will have other health issues arise. After this, access to public hospitals will be stymied because of a) lack of funding due to blowing all your budget on Corona. b) no private hospitals to take overflow.
The public hospital demand will increase, because it's the only option, but waiting lists will skyrocket and easily preventable things will now become deadly.
Even GPs in the US are saying they're close to folding. That's troubling. So in a way it
is a cut the nose off to spite the face situation. Hence why I think that serology testing will be slow to come to pass and why Birx and Fauci are so overly keen to class every death as Covid-19. You have to justify what terrible things you did to save a few lives.
It's a complete Nekobaba situation. You sneakily steal and then cover up the misdeed. After Coronavirus has passed, the media will suddenly not talk about what has happened as a result of this lockdown lunacy.
