Oddly, despite originally being a machine and locked in a castle for god knows how long, Edward had better social skills. This guy looks like Avon lady screamed, threw all her product at him, and ran.
 
So in summary:
The SlutHate "high king of beauty" looks like an anorexic 17-year old with very feminine features, no muscle definition, a sizable amount of what appears to be makeup, and a haircut that seems to be some sort of Jersey Shore/Super Saiyan hybrid. Wardrobe appears to be almost a parody of various "bro" stereotypes.
This actually explains quite a lot about how this whole lunacy got started.
 
Their hatred of Jocks/Chads actually makes a lot more sense now. Emil looks exactly like the guys who used to get heavily bullied at my high school.
