Publicly stoning Comicsgate apostates like Smiller who livestream their failure may be satisfying and throw red meat to the faithful, but I doubt it will do any good towards winning over people curious about hopping the fence like Dan Fraga. Guys like him are infinitely more valuable than making an example out of Mike.

I think you're looking at it the wrong way. It's not indies taking on the mainstream. It's not a culture war. It's a symbiotic relationship. Marvel makes the New Warriors. Ya boi and EVS make videos on the New Warriors. Marvel hires a new team of genderfluid Tumblr artists in response to the videos. And on and on and on. It's a never ending parasitic hell of shitty comics and emotionally stunted con-artists.

That was "CG 1.0", which did wind up as you described. "CG 2.0" takes the comic mainstream's outrage marketing and co-opts it to sell their own products. At least it is by the smart people.

Renfamous for the most part has pointed out truth about Ethan and his "CG" (which yes, Renfamous is actually right about the scum that Ethan and his groupies are)..... and she just has been sitting back laughing her ass off on how "CG" has been eating themselves and each other. I am still wondering what really made Mandy Summers shut up real fast and why she went right back to praising her abusers in WC and of course their boss EVS. I don't really like her because she is a thot and uses her "assets" to promote and draw out money from people for her crappy looking comic, but the shit that was done to her and then how it got quickly shushed does bother me in ways.

So yeah with all that I have seen and even stuff I haven't and probably don't want to know, no way in hell would I ever want to "join" and yes this whole "if you go it alone without "ComicsGate" and it's protection..... " line is very much a mobster bully tactic and like I said it doesn't go along with the whole original concept / ideal of what "Comics Gate" was formed. So if I ever were to decide to do something in the field of comics or whatever, no way in hell would I be a part of "EVSCG". Money is not everything and if you are willing to throw out your morality and do shady shit to get it, than you are for sure not the kind of person or group I would want to be associated with. That's not how you treat "friends" or "family" either (nor customers), not in the bad example that EVS shows.

I could keep going with this, but it is pointless in ways trying to talk common sense to an egotistical / narcissistic person who thinks he is some sort of "god" to people and to the "comic book industry.

I am perfectly fine with War Campaign's actions. They're internet spergs fighting other internet spergs, and both sides seem to enjoy it, because they do it EVERY SINGLE DAY. I let adults do whatever adults want to do on the internet.

And you finally admit you enable them. Only took being decisively outed in a way you couldn't weasel out of it to do it.

One side is plotting to "take me down", the other side is defending me. I like the side that's defending me better, but the idea that I command them is exceptional, and without a shred of evidence, when MOUNTAINS of evidence would be available if it were true.

If you think it's "garbage" then that's your opinion, but it's a fact that I put my heart and soul into it, without cynicism and with all of the skill I've acquired over 27 years of working in comics.

I wouldn't call work that relied on heavy usages of establishing shots and black paneling the best... unless you think you've peaked and it's all downhill from here.

I can't predict the future. This virus demonstrates that it's pointless to anticipate anything following a straight line, but as long as I am able to continue drawing and writing CYBERFROG, I will do so. I am happier drawing this book than I've ever been.
