I think Yaniv's got three motives:

1 - He has told girls and young women for years that people peep at him in washrooms and try to get pix of his vagene. It's a fantasy he enjoys, probably fueled by bathroom porn, and finally he got to LARP it to punish a tervey woman who didn't want to come in and trade pads with him. Reject me and I'll get you, bitch.

2 - Once arrested for smacking Bexte, Yaniv had a clever plan: Blame his over reaction to Bexte on the trauma of being sexually assaulted shortly before encountering him.

3 - He's hungry for money and though none of his lawsuits have paid out - going back to when he sued his mother's strata because he caught a whiff of cleaning chemicals - he still thinks he's going to bag some cash this way.

He may not have won any cases in court, it does appear he did get some funds from waxers to avoid the HRT...no idea how much tho?
 
I kinda wondered if for the RCMP guy it was less about the trans side and more about TPM being involved that spurred the shake down, I know state run media has hit them in the past. And I noted Amy made a point of saying she hadn't been involved with them before. Or alternatively, I wonder if there's a law like some states have for DV stuff that says there basically has to be an arrest when there's a credible charge, and they were worried someone would claim they'd run afoul of that.
 
If by sexual assault Jonathan means the reporter vomited all over on seeing him, then he has a case, otherwise no.

Hopefully Amy pursues some civil remedies. On the other hand, we have a saying that you can’t squeeze blood from a stone... (an impecunious defendant is hard to get money from). Idk if Ms. Hamm is following this thread, I will happily help her out pro bono to a degree. But she does have some representations by the looks of it.

Amy Hamm and Anna Slatz are close friends. It was Anna who started two fundraisers (Double dipping) for her while Donald sat in jail.
This isn't about going after Jonathan, it's about turning it into a money making operation for her and her friends.

You guys sucked up hard to Anna and see how that turned out. Amy is no different other then she's slicker then Anna who tends to lose her shit easily.

Don't be shocked when Ezra the grifter brings her on board as well, to maximize the profits.
