I think there are settlers sure but I also think that some are chasers a well as trannies. These people do get off from the whole transitioning thing and many have found their inspiration from watch tranny porn, so it would not be that crazy that they would actually really like to have extra trans to their sex life.
Nothing against this of course, if nothing else leaves rest of us off the hook, but I think this mentality has a darker side. Doctors are barely comfortable with post menopausal women taking it for a few years. I can only imagine what decades of it does.
