Not an expert..... but I imagine not.
Even if withdrawing protects them from perjury charges, they can still be dragged in about why they withdrew.....

that said they need to pick their poison. the clique angry at them but just getting asked embarressing questions or being grilled about embarressing facts, some of which could lead to angering the clique, fueling vics lawsuit, and also facing perjury charges.

As outsiders looking in we can only speculate on how deep the corruption goes until something gets pulled up. I think Sabat has plenty of enemies in the Anime industry. Vic can't be the first person Sabat backstabbed. But we can only watch so far.
