Cats will bite when they play fight and a lot of cats will instinctively try to catch objects that are shaking like that. But by how little it hesitated and how hard it bit that cat either hates her or has been taught no boundaries. I'm leaning more to the latter the cat after the bite doesn't look afraid or realising it did something bad

It's actually a bit concerning for her. It can be a case of increased aggression in declawed male cats. (Females tend to get more skiddish, for informations sake)
My orange tabby (god rest his soul, 15) actually gave my neighbor 12 stitches from simple overstimulation. (Basically tons of affection)
Alinitys looked aggressive and was going for her, so anyone who visits aren't safe either if what you think is true. I personally wouldn't rule out overstimulation of some sort if she WAS giving it affection before the stream.

Considering how clear her skin appears absent of claw and bite marks is why I'm thinking this is an exception case.
 
It's odd how it follows her around and continues to go after her. I don't think I've seen a cat that determined to fuck a person up.

Well, except Pinky. But at least he had a reason.
