A transgender girl accused of assaulting two students at a Texas high school alleges that she was being bullied and was merely fighting back

Shocking video shows a student identified by police as Travez Perry violently punching, kicking and stomping on a girl in the hallway of Tomball High School.

The female student was transported to the hospital along with a male student, whom Perry allegedly kicked in the face and knocked unconscious.

According to the police report, Perry - who goes by 'Millie' - told officers that the victim has been bullying her and had posted a photo of her on social media with a negative comment.

One Tomball High School parent whose daughter knows Perry said that the 18-year-old had been the target of a death threat.

'From what my daughter has said that the girl that was the bully had posted a picture of Millie saying people like this should die,' the mother, who asked not to be identified by name, told DailyMail.com.

When Perry appeared in court on assault charges, her attorney told a judge that the teen has been undergoing a difficult transition from male to female and that: 'There's more to this story than meets the eye.'

Perry is currently out on bond, according to authorities.

The video of the altercation sparked a widespread debate on social media as some claim Perry was justified in standing up to her alleged bullies and others condemn her use of violence.

The mother who spoke with DailyMail.com has been one of Millie's most ardent defenders on Facebook.

'I do not condone violence at all. But situations like this show that people now a days, not just kids, think they can post what they want. Or say what they want without thinking of who they are hurting,' she said.

'Nobody knows what Millie has gone through, and this could have just been a final straw for her. That is all speculation of course because I don't personally know her or her family, but as a parent and someone who is part of the LGBTQ community this girl needs help and support, not grown men online talking about her private parts and shaming and mocking her.'

One Facebook commenter summed up the views of many, writing: 'This was brutal, and severe! I was bullied for years and never attacked anyone!'

Multiple commenters rejected the gender transition defense and classified the attack as a male senselessly beating a female.

One woman wrote on Facebook: 'This person will get off because they're transitioning. This is an animal. She kicked, and stomped, and beat...not okay. Bullying is not acceptable, but kicking someone in the head. Punishment doesn't fit the crime.'

In 2018 the number of homicide in Brazil was recorded at 57,341 (that’s a drop from 2017’s 63,000+)

124 is .2% of the overall number. It is estimated that between 10-11 women are murdered in Brazil every day, 4 of those being “femicides” cases where the victim is specifically targeted for being female.

So, if Brazil's tranny population tracks with other countries at about 0.3 percent, they're, again, less likely to be killed than most other demographics.

This story is confusing because of the pronouns, so I'll summarise.

A woman went to have her womb removed, and a prosthetic cock installed by an Italian tranny surgeon, because she wanted to LARP as a tranny man.

She did not want to get rid of her vagina and repeatedly stressed this.

But the doctor decided to remove her vagina anyway, then forged the forms to say she wanted her vagina removed.

This is because doctors who do tranny surgery are disproportionately likely to have god complexes.

I suggest not Google Image searching it, but if you can imagine a flattened vagina, that's what it looks like. They chop it out and throw it away.

It's amazing how doctors treat trannies, giving them questionable surgeries and then refusing to deal with the aftermath. In addition to their God complexes and greed, I also suspect they're benefiting from the political side of transitioning, where it's extremely taboo for trannies to express regret.

“My head just wasn’t in the game today for personal reasons, people can make their assumptions if they want,” Miller told The Hartford Courant.

He threw the race. His "head wasn't in the game", my ass.

Runner suing to stop transgender competitors wins on track

Awesome for her, but I'm sure the male trannies will use this to claim they "have no advantage."

Having an advantage doesn't mean doing better every time! It doesn't necessarily mean doing better than the person with no advantage who practices non-stop! If I train super hard and learn to shoot a bullseye blindfolded, that doesn't mean that a random untrained person with sight who misses the bullseye therefore has no advantage over me! I wish people would stop being retarded about odds and abilities for five fucking seconds.

That oily, lying, lady-troon Chase Strangio is representing Yearwood/Miller against the 3 girls.

What are the chances they threw the race because of the lawsuit? It just seems very convenient to me. Guaranteed it will be used against the girls.

The fuckers in question are both Italian, lol. This is Garaffa's site. Capece apparently hasn't a site, but I found this article where it's said that he, along with Garaffa, was a member of the equipe that performed a phalloplasty for the first time in Italy in 2017. In my country troon surgery is covered by our NHS since 1986, if I'm not mistaken. They pay for the 'base version', while the 'optionals' (FFS, boob jobs and epilation) have to be payed by the patient. I think it's ironic that Italian FTMs are encouraged to go abroad and find a clinic willing to perform the surgery because we haven't enough experts in phalloplasty here (or so our NHS says), just for them and a bunch of other deluded women to have the chance to fall into the hands of two ITALIAN surgeons who don't know how to do their job.

Reading a lot of news articles about trannies doing criminal shit, I get the impression that some journalists actually enjoy using pronouns to make things a bit more disconcerting.

It doesn’t matter if they place first. It doesn’t matter if they place last. Every and any spot taken by a man in women’s sports is one less woman or girl competing, one less opportunity for females.

Brazilian transgender dancer shatters Carnival parade taboo

This person's feet seem freakishly out of proportion with the rest of their body and it's unnerving me. I've never seen someone with feet sized for actual clown shoes.

Alabama now trying to do what South Dakota tried to do and ban transgender treatments on minors:
A bill that would make it a crime for doctors to prescribe opposite sex hormones or drugs that delay puberty to minors who identify as transgender won approval this morning in two Alabama legislative committees.

The bill, sponsored by Republican lawmakers in the House and Senate, has drawn support and opposition from advocacy groups.
Rep. Wes Allen of Troy and Sen. Shay Shelnutt of Trussville are the sponsors of the bill, called the Vulnerable Child Compassion and Protection Act.
The Alabama House Health Committee approved Allen’s bill this morning after 10 people spoke at a public hearing on the measure, five in favor and five against. They included medical professionals on both sides and people with first-hand experiences on both sides. The committee approval moves the bill in line for consideration by the full House.

Several Democratic lawmakers on the committee opposed the bill, which was approved on a voice vote.

The Senate Health Committee followed with a public hearing on Shelnutt’s bill that included some of the same speakers and some different speakers. Both hearings drew overflow crowds. The Senate Health Committee approved Shelnutt’s bill on a 10-1 vote, sending it to the full Senate.

In announcing his bill last week, Allen said children with gender dysphoria should receive mental health counseling but not medications or surgeries that cause physical changes. Under his legislation, doctors could be charged with a felony punishable by up to 10 years in prison for prescribing puberty-blockers or hormones to anyone under 19. Surgeries on minors to change their bodies to align with their gender identities would be prohibited. The bill prohibits teachers, principals, and school counselors from withholding from parents information that a student identifies as transgender.

The Human Rights Campaign, which advocates for people who identify as LGBTQ, opposes the legislation and said it promotes an uninformed and discriminatory view.

“This bill is a license to discriminate against transgender and non-binary Alabamians,” Human Rights Campaign Alabama State Director Carmarion D. Anderson said in a statement. “Anti-trans legislators in Alabama are once again targeting transgender and non-binary youth, spreading misinformation and using vicious, harmful rhetoric to advance an extremist agenda."

The Eagle Forum of Alabama, a conservative advocacy group, said the legislation is needed to protect children against what it says are misguided medical practices.

“We support this bill because it protects vulnerable children who are suffering from gender dysphoria from irreversible medical procedures that will alter their bodies for life," Eagle Forum President Eunie Smith said in a press release.

Becky Gerritson, executive director of the Eagle Forum, said the legislation is necessary for many reasons, including the uncertainty about the long-term effects of puberty-blockers and cross-sex hormones.

The Yellowhammer Fund, a non-profit that helps low-income women who are seeking abortions in Alabama with transportation and other services, issued a statement from policy director Mia Raven opposing the bill.

“Once again the party of ‘parental rights’ wants to hypocritically rip those same rights from families that aren’t adhering to their traditional beliefs of gender and sexuality,” Raven said.

The bill is the second on transgender issues to draw attention in the State House this year.

Rep. Chris Pringle, R-Mobile, is sponsoring a bill that would prohibit public schools from allowing participation by students on sports teams that do not match the gender on their birth certificates. It has won approval in a House committee. Pringle says his goal is to protect girls from having to compete against athletes who have an advantage because of male anatomy and testosterone.

Opponents, including the Human Rights Campaign, have said the bill is discriminatory and is a solution in search of a problem.

Hammer-weilding trans woman escapes prison after judge hears there was no way to confirm her gender

Judge reverses his decision because the court could not confirm the woman's gender reassignment

A trans woman who threatened shop staff with a claw hammer escaped prison after a court heard there was no way to confirm her gender.

Leila Le Fey, 40, admitted entering a Budgens store in Brighton last year in a bid to steal alcohol, and brandished the “terrifying” weapon at Enoch Adetayo, the shop’s manager, before assaulting him.

However, she was spared a prison after a judge reversed a custodial sentence which would have sent her to a men's prison.

Lewes Crown Court heard that Le Fey had completed gender-reassignment but had not yet obtained a Gender Recognition Certificate (GRC) to that effect.

As a result, despite living and identifying as a woman, Le Fey would have had to serve her sentence at a male-only jail because the Home Office and Prisons Service would not recognise her as a woman without a GRC. This would not only have created intractable accommodation problems but also caused substantial and unintended trauma for Le Fey.

However in an eleventh-hour U-turn, Judge Stephen Mooney called Le Fey back to Lewes Crown Court just an hour after jailing her for six months.

He reversed his decision to send her to prison after hearing that the only way Le Fey could prove her new gender would be an "undignified examination", one which court staff were not prepared to do, her barrister said.

"Issues have now arisen,” Judge Mooney said. "We live in a society which acknowledges and embraces diversity and allows and encourages people to live the life they want to.

"Sometimes society does not make the necessary or appropriate adjustments in all ways it can to reflect the adjustments of society as a whole.

"Having reflected again upon the impact an immediate custodial sentence would have, the difficulties there are and the intractable problems the prison service would face, I have reconsidered whether imprisonment must be immediate."
Barrister Rebecca Upton said Le Fey did not have certified evidence of her gender reassignment and would have to go to the male-only Lewes Prison.

She could not be kept in solitary confinement there and would be vulnerable in a male-only prison, Ms Upton said.

"When you took out the claw hammer it must have been terrifying," Judge Mooney said.

He told her there was "no excuse" to wave the hammer and assault Mr Adetayo.

Earlier, Rowan Jenkins, prosecuting, said Le Fey went into the store at 4am on November 6 to steal the wine. Mr Adetayo took the wine off her and challenged her, at which point Le Fey pulled out the hammer from under her other arm. She tried to grab another bottle of wine and leave but police arrived and arrested her.

Ms Upton said her client has battled with drink and drug addictions and kept herself out of trouble since 2014 before a relapse last year.

Le Fey, of Providence Place, Brighton, who admitted common assault and possession of an offensive weapon, was given a six-month suspended sentence, with 30 rehabilitation sessions.

The court heard that Le Fey has two previous convictions for possession of a knife in public and more than 50 previous convictions.

Had Judge Mooney not reversed his decision to send her to prison, Le Fey would have received the mandatory 6 month sentence for possessing a weapon in public following that 2014 conviction.

Judges have the legal power to exercise discretion when handing down custodial sentences for crimes which would usually land a defendant in prison.

If a person could be seen to be made particularly vulnerable by serving a prison sentence so much so that their sentence will be more severe, then judges can take that into account.

Judge Mooney was appointed to be a Circuit Judge in April 2019. However in his short time in the post, he has already had one of his sentences reviewed and issued an apology following accusations he was too lenient.

The Attorney General reviewed a sentence he gave in October 2019 to two young men who bottled a Korean student in Brighton in October 2017

He gave a teenage boy, Bradley Garrett, a two-year suspended sentence which was challenged by the public for being lenient

In January - he apologised "profusely" for making a mistake and re-sentenced him to a three-year youth rehabilitation order with intensive supervision.

Have a medical doctor do the "undignified examinations", have him report just the anatomical facts, and let the brain-dead Judge Mooney come to the conclusion of the man's gender (hint: male).
How hard can that be?

Judge Mooney said:
"We live in a society which acknowledges and embraces diversity and allows and encourages people to live the life they want to.
If a violent criminal wants to life the life of freedom, he should be allowed to do so. How enlightened.

A Trans woman was shot and killed in Puerto Rico. Story goes, he was using the women's washroom at a McDonald's, and a woman in the next toilet called 911 because she claims she saw a mirror creep under her stall.

9 hours later, the Trans woman was found shot in a park. Looks like it was 3 teenage males who did it.

This has been on almost every media outlet. The Troon propaganda machine of "they are literally slaying us in the streets" is in action.

UK Trans activists are immediately blaming female Terves from Women's Place UK, for the actions of the teen boys across the ocean. Everyone knows, there is not a more avid fan of British feminism than roving gangs of latino boys.

Meanwhile, I think they estimate in UK, 2 real women are murdered a week, with no global outrage. Most likely, more males are killed as well. Troons have to borrow murders from high risk countries to maintain the victim narrative

About one male a week is killed by their partner (female), many more men are killed on average than women per wk. So some lads killed a dodgy sex pest is that right? If so cry me a river not and those boys in the words of Mutley Medal medal medal.
