Highly doubt it, as that would require some kind of brain functioning+sense of reason that BT clearly showed time&time again he DOESN'T HAVE, this along the fact that he's a shill mod of Moronica fan club...yeah, doubt he'll support her financially but I'm sure he will die on the same hill as the rest of KV and Monica+Jamie left fans.

It's hard to find the right words to describe how idiotic these people are. Regarding nonlawyers as the smartest people with law knowledge is a certain kind of exceptional. "Handsy"? Like how he likes to hug fans? "Lech"? Vic isn't getting sexual gratification out if hugging fans and kissing them on the cheek. No one has really run around with accusations of him groping tits and asses. The only acts he had been accused of are harmless ones. Trying to blow it out of proportion is just moronic.

"Sexual predator" doesn't sound like an opinion to me. I'm sure it doesn't to many people. But let's do a little reading to clarify the meanings of such words.

Distinction from sex offenders

The term "sexual predator" is often considered distinct from "sex offender". For example, many U.S. states make legal distinctions between these categories, defining a "sexual offender" as a person who has committed a sexual offense. The term "sexual predator" is often used to refer to a person who habitually seeks out sexual situations that are deemed exploitative. However, in some states in the U.S., the term "sexual predator" is applied to anyone who has been convicted of certain crimes, regardless of whether or not there is a history of similar behavior. This has led to criticism that the term is being misused, or overused, and thus has lost its original meaning and effectiveness.

Perhaps there is a legal argument that "predator" isn't a fact statement, but rather an opinion. But I'd say that there is a pretty strong argument to be made that the word is indeed a fact statement about Vic. Especially since many love to try and paint the picture that Vic "preys" on underage girls. It definitely sounds like they are accusing him of crimes, which he's never been convicted of in order to damage him.
 
Texas laws define something that's called a "sexually violent predator," but I dunno if "sexual predator" alone would be considered a statement of opinion or fact.

Toye quite explicitly stated that he was going to become a registered sex offender. His defamation had absolutely no qualifiers or ambiguity. He was straight up accusing him of committing sexual crimes.

As a lawyer, you should at least pretend to know the difference between firing someone because they have a weird laugh you hate, and calling them a sexual predator. One of the two implies nothing while the other implies THEY'RE A SEXUAL PREDATOR.

Does this idiot still not understand that Vic isn't suing Funimation for firing him? That's never been at issue. Vic could be suing everyone for breach of contract, but he isn't. He's suing Funimation because they made the claim that an investigation had turned up evidence of harassment.
