What’s up with fujos who transition? Why is it suddenly a thing?
Men can be really intimidating to young girls. Accepting that everyone you are sexually attracted to could bare-handed murder you, and that you will just have to trust that they won't when you are at your most vulnerable, is a little difficult emotionally. Plus there's good ol' fear of rejection: if women are the sexy sex, and everyone wants sex, then getting rejected for it by someone you like is very ego-crushing. That's why they shift focus to fictional men who are 100% safe, or to totally unattainable options like celebrities. Most girls who feel this way overcome it because they have positive male role models, are accepted by male peers, and feel safe generally, but some don't, and echo-chambering shit like "all men are garbage" to preteens that are already confused makes it a lot worse. There's a reason that a ton of "gay" FtMs have histories of physical abuse by men.
