How any of this is going to help LGBT people in Thurston County/Olympia where Tobi lives, is basically anyone's guess. At no point does he actually mention or even appear to have an awareness of the issues actually faced by LGBT people locally. It seems like Tobi merely decided to get into mainstream politics when he was getting too old for t-porn "just because".

The One Penis Policy, a pre-op transwoman ends up sticking his dick up a richer, more wealthy cis woman he's hooked up with, but only after having gaslit her into validating his dick as a "clitoris". The trannie then snaps pictures of his PiV sex with that cis woman which he then uploads to her husband's cloud to show him how his wife is cucking him by violating their "One Penis Policy" with a trannie's "clitoris" (which is totally not playing into the "deceptive trannie" stereotype that these TRAs always complain about cis authors perpetrating). As you can see both these stories climax with a hard dick going into a dumb/gaslit cis woman, because no one is ever impotent from the HRT in these stories like IRL. Tobi's porn is apparently full of hard dicks but seemingly no men, which reveals a LOT about Tobi's own fears and anxieties around sex. Tobi wants the dicks but not the men, and he thinks this makes him a "lesbian" rather than an over-anxious bisexual who objectifies and compartmentalizes other men and women due to his porn addiction encouraging him to see other people as exchangeable body parts. All the cis women in these stories are naive, easily gaslit, painfully sincere SJW bimboes who need to be handheld, transplained and pussygrabbed by transwomen into having the politically correct kind of sex, with good ole PiV as the apex. It's always the trannies who get away with the "gotcha!" in these stories. Tobi's porn frankly reads like a bunch of personal revenge fantasies and he's a vindictive bitch for sure. There is never a revenge of the cis though, other than the trannie character stereotypically worrying about whether the husband is gonna beat the crap outta him when he first catches the trannie eating out his wife on the carpet in the living room, the kind of revenge that of course never happens in these stories because every cis person character, whether male or female, is an easily manipulated politically correct SJW who puts up no resistance. Tobi is currently working with the LGBT Commission to have the so-called "panic defense" banned in Washington State, thus making his personal porn fantasy about cis men never panicking into a legal mandate.
