I've dealt with sepsis in animals only so I won't pretend to be an expert but yeah I don't think it works that way. You can get it in multiple limbs if you have organ failure, yes but I don't think it can just travel from one ankle to another and not affect anything else. Also, it's extremely serious and your body is pretty much rotting, in my experience, it's that color purple right before your skin starts sloughing off.
 
The amount of people in his comment section that say this makes them hungry for burgers is almost as disturbing as his legs.

What kind of retard slams their leg in a car door? How is it even possible? Finger, common. Hand, fine. How do you slam your whole ass leg in a car door? His story doesn't really explain why he has the same condition in his other leg. His story doesn't make sense.

What makes a lot more sense is that he developed lymphadema because fat, didn't seek treatment for it (so many deathfats don't bother) and then he got cellulitis because the lymphadema/fat made him a lot more susceptible to infection.

I think if any of that story were true, he would've mil.ked it for all it's worth back when it happened. And then brought it up, again and again, to mil.k it further.
