They talk about scaring Herk for a bit and Herk says the thing that would scare him most because he’s just out of prison would be if he got a crack whore pregnant.

Herk tells her that he's making a movie so that he can buy her a nursing home. Herk's mom says oh yeah so she can run it.

Oh no, is this guy dead or is this just a hoax? Heard it mentioned from a guy that follows him and I went to look it up myself, apparently there's a Reddit post linking to a forum with pictures of a body that looks like his lying next to a car that looks even more like his.

He was in parker county the last few weeks, he had to rush into hospital 2 weeks ago because of his asthma

Here's an article about Herks death, they're saying it was a car crash. I don't know how accurate it is because they have his age as 53, he's 52 his birthday is September 16th.

Also there was a hoax video that he died in a car crash in pagosa springs last year so maybe that's where the wires are getting crossed.
