The science is clear: cutting off your dick changes your DNA, so does wishing really hard. If you want something hard enough, it will happen. Science can do anything you want it do as long as you screech loud enough.
 
I imagine having an inverted penis/colon-horror-show downstairs makes diagnosing UTIs harder.
As for pneumonia, I’ve known numerous cis people who didn’t get diagnosed until they had chest x-rays.
Perhaps it’s not transphobia and just simply that medicine and diagnoses take time and care.

It might be actual infection, or it might just be painful urination that is caused by something else, like having a malpositioned urethra. I would imagine that shortening the urethra might result in that by itself, with various factors increasing or decreasing the level of irritation. He lost like 2/3 of his urethra length when he got SRS.

He claims to have had scads of them prior to his, eh - transformation. My medical knowledge is extremely limited and I haven't looked this up, but I don't recall hearing of any men getting UTIs, at least ones that weren't fucking asses.

Men can get UTIs. It's just rarer than with women for mechanical reasons. Cwc gets them because he's filthy.
