Sometimes you can get weird intersex conditions that involve a crazy enlargement of the prostatic utricle.
There has never been a documented case of a human being that can produce both gametes though. No matter how many titty skittles you take, it's not gonna happen.
Theoretically a tetra-gametic chimera (an in utero fusion of a pair of fraternal twins) could under some very special, artificially induced circumstances have functional meiosis that might result in both ova and sperm cells, but most likely not, since the endocrine climate required to produce gametes would destroy "the other" cell type.
