He'd better get used to being a paypig. Mister Bagelstein expects to get his money back with interest, and he will. He always does. It will be a long time before he can work for himself again, if ever.

Normally I would say that in mitigation, most early 3d platformers have aged like milk in the sun. But as you point out, self appointed King of Retro.

When was the last time we had any evidence of DSP being awake that early?

I'm almost certain he either pulled an all-nighter or is having start and stop fits.

He was tweeting at 1:45 AM his time. I'd guess he slept some but between the snot he had on 2nd stream and his normal apnea, he probably didn't get much sleep. Also the whole "my world class fuckup is available for all to see" probably didn't help.

Doesn't he own the copyright, or at least the intellectual property rights, to all his YouTube videos, besides owning his forum's domain and having a trademark on DSPGayming?

According to this filing, despite all his bluster, Phil is saying he doesn't own any of this and thus can't copyright claim any detractor videos ;)
 
I can't believe he still does the extremely fake "I'm sick oh well" thing after he's admitted that he fakes it. Especially right now, it kinda just confirms all of this even more

IIRC, during the bankruptcy reveal, he admitted that he used the E7 money to live off of. It wasn't used for taxes.
 
Papavera should be running his own Minecraft streams (or YouTube if his comp/net can't handle streaming). God damn, I know it's a saturated market, but he could get a decent following and then make money to spend on... whatever he'd spend money on.

I know what you're saying, but he wouldn't need Phil. He could run two servers, one private and one public. He fires up OBS and Twitch, jumps into the public world "Hello friends, today we're gonna..." He'd have more interaction than writing guides and throwing dollars at a retard. Just a little positive interaction and he could ditch Phil. I know I'm being optimistic, but all it would take is a little push, and it'd be "Oh, sorry Phil. Just been so busy playing MineCraft and helping others. Maybe we can play sometime. Want to subscribe to my channel?"
