I guess what im about to say is more towards soapqueen. Can creditors request things like bank statements and other thing for proof of his income and spending if they wished to see if he was lying?
 
If Phil gets away with reporting these expenses, he really is the Pigroach.

Is the court seriously going to pretend he can live like this earning less than $50k/year?

Could Phil actually go to jail? I have to admire the sheer balls Phil has to do this, tbh. He's going down swinging for that precious WAkhando.

Yes, and they will, and one of the documents that has to be generated for the court is something called a creditor matrix which lists all his creditors, their contact information, their counsel, and contact information for their counsel. It's pretty inevitable that people will be contacting those people to inform them of the absolute bullshit DSP is claiming along with video proof.

Just a fucking minute. Question #12 asks if he's a sole proprietor. HE'S LITERALLY REGISTERED AS ONE IN WASHINGTON.

Edit: The reported monthly incomes also confirm that I'm pretty much dead-on with my monthly estimates (at least within the range Youtube's black hole and Phil's "behind-the-scenes" tips allow).

Edit 2: HOLD THE FUCK UP. ON PAGE 34 AND 35 HE CERTIFIES THAT HE OPERATES A BUSINESS.

Unless some other entity owns it he does. He could end up seriously fucked with his bullshit little games of claiming he has a "business" when it's convenient but he doesn't when it isn't.

He's about to learn that that's not how it works. I'm sure you have to claim they exist, and later make a claim that they are business related only. The court from there can decide if they are or aren't. YOU CAN'T TELL THE COURT THEY DON'T EXIST.
