I think he only gets attention when he is getting pity from people. Playing the victim is how people pay attention to him, so he turns it up to 11 and just enjoys the ride.

It reminds me of this clip from Rick and Morty. I'm not a fan of the show, but the comparison between Jerry and Boogie is undeniable.

lowkey hoping this man kinda dies soon because he is burdening so many people in his life/online with his problems. Like I know people say ‘suicide is not the answer, you’re not a burden to anybody’ but maybe we can make an a exception just this once.
 
Someone pointed out that Rusty Cage was suspended from Twitter from what appears to be impersonating a brand. The video of his was uploaded in August of 2017.

This gives more reasoning to the theory that his account was suspended due to the CEO of Mtn Dew name with a blue checkmark next to it.

The only response to a person who willingly encourages examination and critique through their behavior and then cries when they get it is just to keep laughing until they kill themselves. That's what they ultimately want; they just want to be a martyr. But martyrs don't invite or foster public mockery, and you can't be a martyr unto yourself.

So go ahead, Boogie. Suck the shotgun. No one will polish your headstone.

The amazing thing is how Boogie has stretched out this minor drama into a major thing.

Boogie falsely accuses a subreddit of swatting him would only be a little thing if you're decent at PR, but Boogie has no shame and was able to make a big enough fuss to turn this into a major event and get those sweet, sweet drama clicks.
