Nah, cocaine is way too expensive of a habit for a shopaholic with a retail manager job in Indiana to mess around with.

Farrah is just blowing smoke out of their 4 nose holes again to get a reaction out of people. It’s the closest thing they can get to reliving their glory days as a popular body modification shock enthusiast.

I'm sure it's been mentioned before, but he'll probably have to consider cutting off fingers or a limb. Or he can go for broke and chop his nose and ears off, but that probably won't get as many asspatz since it's been done before.

Finger cutting's been done before too. Maybe he could attach a metal pipe to his head?
 
As crazy as it sounds, Pauly isn't looking to regain normalcy by removing his face ink, he's doing it since it's much more painful than getting the ink in the first place. If Pauly is any kinda slut, it's definitely a pain slut.
