Also lucas uses the term 'frot' in it. Again with him bringing up terms gays frequently use, despite constantly going on about how not gay he is. Gee, I wonder how he learned that particular term

Why do companies waste money on actors to play adult predators in those after school specials they show in schools about the consequences of talking to strangers? Showing the kids a video of Lucas grunting like a gorilla would scare them straight.

I heard he got some warning from Pioneer/his 'handlers' about the attention he got from his YouTube videos and how they're upsetting people, though I find this unlikely since he's been this much of a disgusting creep for years. Then again his recent interest in saying nigga might have rubbed someone at Pioneer the wrong way.
Isn't Lucas always depressed though? Like I know he acts like a tough guy on YouTube most of the time, but he does usually post on Facebook and other platforms about how miserable he is about being single fairly consistently. That or maybe with having disabled comments on both his accounts he now has no audience on YouTube anymore beyond the downvotes, which we know upset him, given that brief phase on The Wern.

Garden variety depression and manic depression (which is a really easily observable cycle with him) are different, you can definitely be manic and still be miserable.

God I wish it wouldn't end. I'm sure we'll get 10 video uploads the minute it wears off and the voices in his head drown out any self awareness he briefly develops. I really hope the warning from Pioneer is real, because you know he isn't going to listen until they actually throw his fat ass out.

Indeed.....which would also require him to be viewing profiles of gay guys to find that kind of term. I suspect its also where he learned the term 'sapiosexual' which is one of the biggest horseshit terms on any dating site. The ones who claim to be such tend to be stupider than a bag of rocks and trying to compensate for it by getting with someone smarter than they are

and I can see the warning from his handlers being real. There is no way they aren't aware of the ranting he does at this point, people must have been reporting it to them at some point. and considering how aggressive and loud he gets in some of his videos and how much negative attention he can bring on the building as a whole I would be very surprised if they didn't warn him to keep it down. Such behavior is bad for everyone who lives there

Surprised nobody said anything sooner with all his loud yelling and profanity at like 3-4 in the morning. I know Pioneer is full of fuck ups, but even they want to sleep. They've definitely reported him in the past, but he's been getting away with this for so long I doubt the last straw for Lucas will be anytime soon.

I'm still curious if they are aware of the mrsa thing and if that has ever been an issue there, I know I wouldn't want to put up with Lucas' behavior and the chance of catching shit off him when he's a lost cause anyway. Pretty sure most of Spokane is aware of Lucas at this point, he's too much of a meme for anyone active on social media in or around Spokane to have never heard of

The MRSA issue is an interesting point- I wouldn’t want to share a shower/bathroom space with someone who has mrsa and has made it quite clear that they don’t feel the need to take precautions about it, and I’m sure most people would feel the same way as I do. Especially people who are just trying to get their shit together and don’t need a MRSA infection on top of everything, that shit can get nasty.

It's one thing to not give a shit about the people there, but don't they have employees there too? I sure as fuck wouldn't want a doorman job there if it meant catching mrsa from Lucas, and I'd be pretty enraged if they didn't warn me beforehand about catching something that never goes away. That's the kinda shit that already can make me paranoid about going out without knowing the local psycho has been spreading it. It's actually really revolting to think he's infecting the homeless of Spokane every other week as well.
 
I did a bit of looking around, and it seems that MRSA is more common among the homeless. I wonder if Pioneer has a protocol for MRSA residents, and the protocol is something like "they're going to get it anyway so why cares?".

I know institutions like jails will regularly wash bathrooms down with Hibiclens to reduce transmission of MRSA. Maybe Pioneer does something like that in the shared bathrooms.

Lol! Dreamchaser called Lucas a "Big old diseased hobo". She can report this all she wants, I doubt they will do shit about it. His handlers are overworked and underpaid. Lucas is a burden that the tax payers and social services have to endure.

The thing is once he starts going mental in public there is a potential for being a danger to someone publicly and therefore liability on their part if they refuse to take reasonable steps to put a stop to it once they are made aware of it. If they ignore it being reported to them and he goes off and does something to someone or causes property damage or his ranting and raving causes a car accident or whatever whoever is in charge of his building is going to be in deep shit that they didn't do anything when they had the chance and the knowledge. Its exactly why he was thrown into the nuthouse the last two times until he started flipping out publicly, like this. Thats when it got to the point it couldn't be legally ignored anymore without risk to themselves
