If your heart rate is 480 then your EKG is dropping some tracks on the dance floor.
 
Aubrey is back in the munching business, sans husband according to a couple comments at IFGW. She's looking pretty haggard too, it looks like she's aged 10 years since she fell off the radar a while back. How long has it been, a year?

To be fair its reasonable to physically examine someone, and ask questions to determine if there are any symptoms of hypoglycemia going on. Not that you shouldn't be confirming that by testing blood sugar but its certainly a reasonable first step

Nothing like wasting fucking IVIG on bullshitters. BTW, aseptic meningitis (what she’s alluding to with that “bad IVIG reaction” bs) happens only in a very small percentage of IVIG recipients. It’s also a disqualifying factor - meaning if you get it for real, your body has demonstrated an intolerance to IVIG and you’re supposed to stop getting it.
 
Aubs! She was one of my favorites. I see she still hasn't managed to con a doctor into another port after she fucked with the last one. Sucks that she's still got the ivig though, what does that make it, almost 2 years?

She used to claim aseptic meningitis every other week back when she was active. Pretty sure she got caught reusing hospital pics on at least one of her "totally dying from meningitis that can only be cured with a new port" weeks.

They used to taste urine for sweetness back in the day as a way to figure out if someone was dumping sugar into their pee due to the beetus. It'd be entertaining if a munchie claimed self-diagnosed diabetes after tasting their pee. Or maybe they black out and their boyfriend tastes their pee to save the day.

Take notes, Ren. This could be a big ticket sickfic plotline.

I’m going to go back in and reread to see for you. Her newest book is already off to an amazing start... detailing her stay in the mental ward and her “multiple personalities” with a preview of sexual abuse by Daddy. And when I say amazing, I mean a train wreck you can’t look away from; not a literary masterpiece.

People who are dippin' real low on sugars will start cold sweating and be noticeably confused/comatose. The profuse cold sweating is hard to fake, it's like beads on the skin. It doesn't always happen, and some medication can block that response, but if an EMT saw it they'd have a good clue as to what's going on.

Also, you usually turn a terrible shade of pale along with the cold sweats. You can't fake that. Anyone near you will see your face change color, but this is close to the fainting stage anyway.
