Let me give you a good example...
on this page of this thread was a post by 3119967d0c (Note: I'm not picking on them) but the images that were posted were of a discussion of sexual and such. When did discussion of ANYTHING become wrong. In a free society open debate is what keep it free. You have the right to disagree, people have the right to discuss the issue. Again you might disagree, but they right to discuss issues and disagree with you. Discussion of something and acting out are two different things. Someone can discuss something till their blue in the face, it doesn't mean they are going to act out on those discussions. When you start to close off any type of discussion about anything, then it's no longer a free society.
 
Yeah, I see where a website like this, doesn't care one bit for free speech discussion, regardless of what it is. The US Supreme Court once stated in case that speech, even speech the majority doesn't like is still protected under the first amendment and people the right to discuss those issues.


I went over to the grey board and saw the discussions. NO WHERE have I seen anyone discussing on how to act out any pedophilia.

Cartoon images are legal, unless they are obscene. Even then obscenity is based on a three prong test and all three prongs must be met to be obscene. it up to COURT to deem them obscene. Then there the issue in which the US Supreme court has stated all the way back to 1969 that you have the right to look at obscene material in the privacy of your home. In fact there was a recent case regarding anime (lolicon anime) and obscenity and the right of a person to look at it in their privacy of their home.

Like I said I did go over there, I did the discussions and saw NOTHING that encourages people to engage in pedophilia acts, All saw were open discussion about things. But hey thanks for proven to me and others what this site is really about. it about individuals who don't like certain types of speech and will encourage people to DOX that site they do not like falsely report that site to law enforcement and complain to the sites ISP.

I wasn't limiting free speech, I stated that there errors in the post about me. I stated the State and feds were watching this place including the thread about me because some those people (two to be exact) posting in that thread were part of that website that had me arrested.

Lolicon and Shotacon is victimless. there are no victims and THERE IS NO LINK BETWEEN ACTUALLY CHILD ABUSE AND ANIME. Not only am I saying that but a few of the child protection groups I belong to are saying. Child porn laws are there to protect REAL CHILDREN from REAL SEXUAL ABUSE. Child pron laws should ONLY go after real abuse and should not be used as a blanket to censor speech that the majority doesn't like
