I'm betting Amy Hamm's account above is accurate: She walked into the women's washroom and saw Yaniv standing in the common area, so she immediately walked back out.
Which is what most people have been told or taught to do if they observe something or someone that seems out of place in a public restroom. Anything Yaniv says about the alleged incident can safely be filed under "Shit that didn't happen" until definitively proven otherwise.
Honestly im kinda torn.
On the one hand yaniv has been the best legit cow we have covered for years...possibly since the classic chris era, and has provided some of the most cinematic and absurd shit we have witnessed and which has been so fucking crazy its even penetrated normiesphere, and so having this cut off by a stint in jail would indeed be a buzzkill
On the other hand, yaniv genuinely fucking worries me.
With most cows, it's a matter of observe, document, discuss. With Yaniv, however, we've seen them do whatever it takes to get attention and draw the spotlight. And, Yaniv's behavior has escalated between the reporter they attacked on video and this incident.
With the original HRT publication ban being lifted, more people are aware of Yaniv and their antics. Yaniv's own behavior -- which is partly what got the ban lifted -- also makes it clear they are someone to observe from a
very safe distance because their unstable behavior could lead to a violent confrontation, something that has already happened numerous times in the past year.
As Yaniv's behavior escalates, the more likely it is the reaction will increase in violence and target someone who shouldn't be targeted. That is a definite cause for concern. Unfortunately, it may take someone to the victim of a violent act by Yaniv for anything criminal to happen to the latter.
That's what most scary and worrisome.
