I don’t even think a hardcore rapist would rape someone in a fucking court house with police everywhere. Let alone a small woman who writes for the Post Millennial.

Court houses should have cameras everywhere. That should show Amy walking in and out of the bathroom in seconds which isn’t enough time for a “vicious” assault.

If you recall in Mandyleaks, Yaniv made two egregious claims, as followed:

As I recall, he claims in College (sometime between 2005 and 2008 that he was sitting in the Men's Restroom "changing his pad" (yes, even back then apparently) when one guy from high school kicked the door down and then his friend came in and "played with his balls". He said he complained to "Campus Security" and didn't complain to the cops. If that was sexual assault, Yaniv never reported it to the cops, so to speak. I bet if he claims he did, a police report WOULD exist. Maybe Amy needs to see this story that Yaniv claims "happened". I find it bizarre he did this and then was eager to have his "social experiment" to get a "National Sex Day" in August 2008, allegedly after this encounter. For someone "allegedly traumatized" has a National Sex Day?

The second alleged occurred with his Mani Vigg of NY Bistro where I am not sure if Yanny was employed or was a contractor, as it was "listed" on JY Knows IT as a satisfied client. Yaniv claimed Mr. Vigg pulled out his dick and asked Yaniv to suck it in eyesight of customers. Although there may or may not be credibility, as it is not really "sexual assault", he said it in the context of his "sexual assault" claims to Mandy. Mr. Vigg is of East Indian decent and Yaniv's racism did not appear existent in College, as he was seen with other minorities. Was this the incident what caused his hatred of Sikhs/East Indians? I don't believe a dick was pulled out, but maybe Yaniv was propositioned to suck his dick (or jokingly)?!

Anyways, Yaniv made these allegations, then again, when he met his friend Katie in August, and the first signs of his "sexual assault" on Twitter, I believe was to get her to trust him. I don't believe past or present anyone would want to sexually assault this idiot other than maybe his father?!
 
I know Yaniv says a lot of outrageous and infuriating things on purpose but if he's seriously wasting the time of a (probably already overworked and underfunded) rape shelter for this I can't wait for him to finally just 41%

I don't doubt that Yaniv has been cruelly and violently sexually abused. Most likely by men, given some of his comments. It's tragically common among men of limited intellect/severe cognitive impairment.

This accusation reinforces the sad, pitiable part of his story.

Pity is of course limited, since many (most?) victims do NOT turn around and become abusers.

Seems like something he would do and also a reasonable reaction from the woman. Of course tubby loves to spin stories his way despite such frivolous things like reason or reality.

Actually victims are the next crop of abusers. Pre Sentence Reports abound with “oh he was abused so like um give him a break.” Behaviour is learned. The best way to reduce abuse is to reduce abuse which will reduce abuse. Apologies to Gertrude Stein.

Interestingly he hasn't tagged the rape centre/police/McDonalds and such like, he usually isn't so shy.

Surely the media would be interested in this (now being described as) "vicious sexual assault". LOL, In a few days expect to read as being left for dead.

The problem is we give this crazy fucki g thing too much credit with his motives and lies. He doesnt think about these things because hes grade a fuckin insane and quite literally ret@rded to boot. Hes incapable of thinking more than 5 minutes ahead or acting beyond his current base impulse. He doesnt remember the lies he's told or plan ahead for the ones he is currently telling. He is a batshit mushmouthed tard and trying to analyze his motives or actions beyond that is ultimately fruitless.

Curious as to when the ambulance was called/used. Was it after surviving a "vicious sexual assault" in a Govt building loo; or after physically assaulting a reporter; or maybe the effort of waddling off with mum, briefly talking to cops in a police car that stopped, and then carrying on their foot journey; or perhaps after visiting a rape centre or was it after making their way home?

No neighbours reported an ambulance so must have been a quickie between being sexually assaulted-assaulting-walking-counselling.

I hope she takes it further. Would love to hear yaniv explain in detail how a slightly built woman, by comparison, managed to overpower a bloke of such proportions and get a grope worthy of yaniv complaining about. Particularly as others are confirming (on Twitter) that she was texting at the same time she was carrying out this "vicious sexual assault" - that's some enviable multi-tasking.
