Extremely quick! First you need to understand HIV infection rate (CDC HIV and Transgender Communities) then understand that the neovagina doesn't have tissue as thick as a real womans, thus increasing the risk exponentially. If we consider that most trannies are already taking a shit-ton of hormones and meds, don't the side effects of anti-HIV drugs compound though?

These fucking troons are the most spectacular of the troony failures. They failed so hard they moved onto a fucking ranch to hide from reality. Lets put it this way, you would only be given this cocktail of drugs normally if you had prostate cancer, why? Estrogen atrophies the prostate (reduce size) which in the case of Cancer prevention and spread is good, helps to provide greater treatment and aids in surgical removal. Due to high risk Renal failure (kidney failure) it's used for a short time 6-9 months not years. If you want to know why a short time period... It's due to the fact it can actually cause cancer of the lymph nodes, so it's used sparingly. Troons on the other hand want to use it long term. :stress:

Maybe all this "affirmative care" for troons is some kind of eugenics program. Culling the herd of the weirdos. I might support it if that were the case. But we need drugs that will work faster. They're too annoying to deal with long term.
