Some men when transitioning seem to develop anorexia. A non insignificant amount of tranners posted in this thread are shockingly thin. Men who used to be slightly overweight with dadbods losing 50-100 pounds now with pencil necks, pinched waists and visible ribs within a year or two.

Many people say that mental health professionals don’t treat anorexics like they do trannies but there is an overlap between the two groups.

IDK it’s more complicated than that, there are lots of fat, blobbly depressed dudes that realized that they had chad jaws once they lost weight. If you saw them at their fat ass prime, you’d pegged them as having irreversible low T. Being a fat, sad alcoholic will lower testosterone, though. Fat produces estrogen, and people these days are too damn fat. A lot of trannies would have realize they would feel and look more manly if they hit the gym. Being a gym rat is a better time consuming hobbie than porn.
