On that note, just to add to yet another impossibility to troon pregnancy— A man’s abdomen would not be able to withstand the pressure of a growing fetus. The hypothetical pregnant troon would be risking multiple organ failure and prolapse as his organs are compressed by the fetus.

Even our spines are different— womens are designed to counterbalance the weight of the baby. Ain’t no backiotomy on the planet that’s going to give a troon a lady spine.
