Funnily enough, Richard o’brien (Riff Raff/RHPS director) got excommunicated by troons for saying that taking HRT doesn’t make one a biological woman and that identifying outside the gender binary doesn’t make one trans. He himself takes estrogen and has for a number off years. Wonder why they’re so hesitant to at least listen to someone who should be counted as a community member..

It could be that what they crave is the emotional intimacy of sex or some other secondary psychological benefit, rather than just the physical pleasure. Still completely bonkers.

HRT reduces the lifespan of troons by about a decade, causing kidney and liver failure (FTMs have one organ fail, MTF the other, forget which rn.) For some people they associate the “new feeling” in their body as proof transitioning was right, even if it’s severe organ damage. For FTMs especially they can be killed in their 20s from HRT. So on top of them just looking more disgusting in general, you are seeing people killed from their own choices and the physical issues that arise with that.
