I imagine a lot of that is because she probably can't feel her nipples/the undersides of her breasts like most women do. Loss of sensation/pleasurable sensation is pretty normal in those areas with a breast reduction.

I've seen a couple of girls go down pretty much the same route as Moo. They start out chunky with huge boobs, lose a lot of weight, get breast reduction surgery, then gain weight again as they get older and end up fat and with really saggy tits.
