I will say she passes as a male better than most I've seen (other than the giant pregnancy belly). But I can't understand how gender dysphoria takes a holiday for 9 months. Pregnancies are not viable with high amounts of testosterone. Men should not be breast feeding infants because they don't create certain nutrients and antibodies needed. Plus, everything you eat and drink gets into boob milk.
