God damn that video is good. I mean I knew what he was saying at the time stuck out as a bad idea but now it's basically evidence in a court proceeding. Good job DSP. Thanks for posting that video @WeeblesWobble , I saw that thing when it came out but I doubt I could find it again.

Sweet timestamp for everyone:

Edit another fun timestamp "You're fucked, you're not getting any more money from me" LOLOLOL:

Without getting too MOTI, I just can’t fully comprehend the sheer, unmitigated fall it takes for a man who is making six figures to tell the bank that loaned him tens of thousands of dollars to buy a home “Fuck you, I spent all the money that is owed you on credit cards, fuck off” and expect the bank to shrug and say “Oh well!”

If a “normal fucking human” had Phil’s self-confidence, they’d be plowing Scarlett Johansson while Kate Upton watched by now.

Imagine thinking being foreclosed is money in your pocket.....

This is better than "it's a buyers market for cars".

If he doesn't have both his homes seized by the end of 2021 I will fuck a horse on a livestream.

Isn't this exactly what he said he was going to do?

Does foreclosing force him to commit bankruptcy chapters of some kind?

I think he was under the impression that being foreclosed upon just meant his credit would be ruined (again). I don’t know why he ever thought that but that just means more content for us. I’m loving this new saga so far.

It is EXACTLY what he said he would do, he thinks the bank will just take the L and he won't have to pay any more money on the condo.

This whole thing is actually mind boggling.

I think if he can pay off the difference between the worth of the foreclosed property and the standing loan balance, he can avoid bankruptcy, but that's looking to be $30k-$50k, and paying that doesn't match with what he's said about his finances lately, so we'll see if he gets a paypig bonanza or if he's been lying for the past year.

Kudos to the script team. This is great shit. We may get our Xmas gift from Bad Santa yet. Chimp out incoming???

Just as an aside, I can't believe he paid $130k for that place. Yeah, CT is expensive and it's not a terrible area, but I wouldn't pay $130k for that shit, even as a bachelor.

Remember, I've been inside that place. Now Phil probably lost a lot of space because he can't clean up after himself (you remember all the boxes he had in the corners of the "living room", his bedroom was the same way), but the lack of privacy and general pre-fab feeling of the building and hallway to the units, I just couldn't.

Renting for a few years, sure, it's passable. Fucking taking out a mortgage on a place like that though.

I always assumed that that type of stuff was delivered by a courier. Court summons and documents usually require someone to receive in person so that it is verified delivered. I have not had to deal with foreclosure, but my father was summoned and a guy in plain clothes delivered to me after asking my name (we share the same name). Maybe he just has to sign for it?? But still, the man never leaves the house. The fact that it's Christmas time could be delaying the package.

Certified mail has electronic tracking and the sender can require a signature. A courier is hilariously expensive and is very rarely used.

Didn't he deliberately overpay for the condo because his boss was going to buy it and he wanted to piss him off?

I'm a little curious if his talk about getting a tax lawyer is getting a lawyer for this.

If so, I hope he gets a Washington lawyer that can't really do anything for a Connecticut case, then has to shell out more money for a Connecticut lawyer.

Repeat of the whole tax attorney fucking my life drama from years past.

It's the definition of a poor investment. It will never gain value. If he wasn't such a lazy dipshit though he could have offset the costs when he moved by contacting a property management company to handle the renting. He would have still been losing out, but not by as much.

my favourite part of this is dave not paying housing association fees, he thinks just cause he doesn't live there, he doesn't beed to contribute

I hope they repossess his WAkhando

but we all know mum and dad will bail him out

and the only thing this proves, is that khet isn't working, or helping with his debt, meanwhile dave is at best buy spending $90 on games and eating out, then coming home to complain about how unfair life is

Well, I talked about it in a previous post in this thread. I'm like 90% sure he bought it off of a co-worker because he was trying to fuck her.

It'll be really interesting to see if Kat stays by his side during this court case. A divorce/alimony pay on TOP of being sued for real estate debt is utterly deserved on his part.

So what is this letter you lot are tracking exactly? And how is it its been well over two weeks and hasn't been delivered?

>phil just wanted some coochie
>friend losing condo
>phil buys condo expecting coochie
>0 coochie
