It's possible that balding is a side effect when men take estridiol, but my understanding is actually that male pattern baldness is correlated with high DHT (a type of testosterone.) Basically you get DHT when your level of sex-hormone binding globulins is low, because loose testosterone molecules not bound to SHBGs becomes DHT, which shrinks hair follicles.

It's possible that conjugated estrogens (titty skittles) might fuck with some people's SHBGs and cause baldness? I don't think any studies have been done on that though.

I think people in this thread underestimate the number of women that look like troons irl. Thats why it easy for these troons to pass in photos, sure like everyone says you can tell immediately irl because of body proportions, but when you're just looking at their face if they put in some effort a lot can just look like a manish woman.

In pictures, they can pass. IRL, not usually. Even mannish looking women act like women. Troons still have the mannerisms of men no matter how much plastic surgery they've had or how much make up they have on. And usually their voices and pattern of speech are a dead give away. Generally because they attempt to imitate every stereotypical feminine characteristic they can think of.

Will 1 in 1,000 completely pass as a woman and never get clocked? Maybe. But the number of troons who slide into the bathroom without anyone suspecting it is very, very small. Just because women don't call them out doesn't mean that they don't clock them. They just know there is a chance they will literally get their teeth knocked out if they say anything so they generally just try to get out as quickly as they can.

How many transmen out there completely pass as men? There are a lot of feminine guys out there, too, but trans men don't usually look as masculine as them. They aren't fooling as many people as they think they are.

It looks like he poured baby oil on his face. Get that dude some blotting papers. Or just wash your face. And those lines on his forehead. Heavy make up accentuates those. He needs to get someone to show him how to do make up for mature skin. He has to be in his 40's. I don't know why troons think that they are still hot at that age when I guarantee most of them don't want to be with a woman in her 40's.

Yep. Some transgender people can pass decently if they're standing alone in a photo, with a good angle and lighting. But the moment you encounter one in the wild where you have real women around them for comparison, it becomes immediately obvious. Even if your troon-dar is bad, the combination of the body shape, voice, and face will make most people realize there's something unusual going on.
