Pomeranians get this fairly often. They can eventually die from it and there's usually nothing that can be done.

I went back and watched some of her content on YT, she seems all right. A little unaware of the depth and scale of the Twitch thot problem, but she's self-aware and has some pretty reasonable points. Considering she does sexualized fanart and seemed to have some choice words about the "Nessa whitewashing" complainers, it wouldn't surprise me if she was reported by some SJW dumbfuck.
