well HarrisonFox is a complete dumbass and can't do basic math. I mean even going off of Chupps thing it would only be 100%, if the higher court would listen to the lower court. To top it all off your limited at what you can file in appeals so its actually cheaper than the original motion, unless your a client of Lemonaids who will find a way to drive up those costs.

This guy gives off bad vibes- a stalker that obsesses over meeting Hei, tried to threaten Adachi into contacting him privately, and sent weird gay tweets to Vic pretending they were buds. Is he in the closet or something?
 
Did Hero really delete his video on Emmet? That'd be dumb. There was nothing illegal about him pointing out that Emmet is a loser who greatly exaggerates his success. No way he could've been sued for that.

Even if he did have a lawyer get in touch with Hei he really can't do shit other than screech about it.

I think it's probably a good idea to delete the video so that the other guy doesn't use it to mass-flag / copyright "strike" his account. IMO the best move would be to make a new video explaining why the previous video was removed, what was in it and the threats he received. It will amplify the impact of the first video.

Is there something about Vic that drives these goatee-wearing, self-loathing, quasi-pedos to hate him so much? Vic doesn't know them, give a fuck about them, do anything that interferes with their disgusting, disappointing lives and hobbies, so I have no idea where their disdain for him comes from.

Ty hit the nail on the head when he pointed out that these people want to be Vic and are angry they never will. Losers are intimidated by strong natural charisma. They want to either control it or destroy it. Vic wouldn't cave and be a puppet for their ideologies, so they hate him.

It's clear that Emmett is talking out his ass and hasn't talked to any sort of lawyer about suing people online. He doesn't have legal representation. In trying to intimidate that one twitter rando, he told them that they needed to get a lawyer, and have the lawyer email *him*. If Emmett had representation, he'd be telling twitter rando to have a lawyer email *his lawyer.* It's so embarrassing watching men of a certain age try to pretend to be an anime tough guy in real life.

What he's doing is probably drafting up some document himself and sending it trying to make it seem legit. Probably a C&D type template he found off of Google.
