To be fair autism is spectrum disorder so the boys could be high functioning and so might need fairly little extra support especially if they have been able to get early intervention. With right therapy and training autism is surprisingly treatable if stared early. It’s not a cure but huge steps towards normal functionality are absolutely possible even for pretty bad cases when the kids are in right sensitive stage of development for picking up skills. These interventions can often be intensive and need large time investment from the parents. Compilation of regular routines, clear rules, speech therapy, communication therapy, learning to control feelings, expose therapy and so on. It’s daily home sessions and usually weekly professional sessions.Autism has a genetic component and has higher rates in males. Who the fuck carries four sons to term knowing that? That's a huge risk being taken. The husband trooning out is the least of her problems when she's got four sons on the spectrum. She's already used to dealing with meltdowns, lack of impulse control, everything having to be focused on them, terrible social behavior, etc etc - four times over. Her ability to have her own life is basically ended and she was regulated to caretaker very early. Troon in the family? she's too dead inside to give a shit. So long as he keeps providing for the family, she could care less because her life is all - monitoring, doctors appointments, medication, scheduling, fighting with the schools for services, etc.
IMO. The man having a neo-vagina? I'm guessing their bedroom is so dead the crypt keeper could take up residence. They probably sleep in separate rooms even.
