Yeah, photos are one thing -- in real life, though, you can't keep up the illusion. But, without heavy photoshop, #4 is not possible. Makeup does not erase those wrinkles like that. In fact, make up accentuates wrinkles.

I'm absolutely sure it's touched up and photoshopped at the very least, plus the makeup is way better than our average troons, his surgeon is from Beverly Hills, costs a ton and apparently offends lots of troons by being totally blunt to them. But this kind of thing in regular ol plastic surgery is semi-possible, and the guy's probably an extreme outlier anyway, plus it's like 30+ hours of surgery or some shit. I'll lean "optimistic" as it's not like he was a hulking brute in those before pictures.
In any case I hope he continues his fine work so that all the other 35+ year old balding linebacker troons think this kind of near bankrupting magic will work for them through a quick outpatient procedure in Mexico.

Yep. I feel like Sassssssy probably can't go outside without getting clocked and his voice isn't nearly as feminine as it sounds in the video. He's greatly altering every pic and video he posts.

He definitely had a step ahead from most transwomen, he already had closer to female facial proportions (smaller chin/jaw area, all features were more centered in the face and dainty, less prominent brow ridge, also his hairline wasnt terrible yet.) There was less work to do in comparison to Sally who has a jaw that can crush steel and neanderthal brows.

Also, he might have only had two rounds of specifically FFS, but that doesn't mean he hasn't had other work on his face. The 31 vs. 33 "after" posts are way too dramatic imo.

If you go digging through the rest of their reddit history they posted a timeline which only shows one FFS surgery. Prior to that if they didn't have FFS they're trying to claim hormones completely changed their face. Doubt.
They've commented it cost 29,000.
Their 'after' photos are incredibly fishy. Obvious shops- at 30 you're going to have fine lines and the start of most of most of your later deepset wrinkles. The skin and wrinkles are too young/smooth in all their photos- obvious use of blur tools. But, like parts of the face are changed that I don't think even a surgeon could, their jaw and chin especially look like they've had a massive amount of bone, what I would think would be dangerous, shaved off.
The pictures of them as a man also are carefully put up so that none of them could be overlayed against the 'new face' completely rhe same. Given how they often pose with their chin pointing towards their chest I'm going with heavy photoshop, filters, makeup and angles being utilized up the wazoo for as much asspatting as they can get.

Even teen HSTSs have a bit of a husky tone. The video feed is odd too, it's oddly blurry and the first few seconds have odd lip syncing.
