This week say a continued retreat of the alpha males and classy lady of #Comicsgate to their safe space where they could share their dildo memes in peace without having to encounter anyone who might hold an opposing view.
First was Sweetcast who, after highlighting the dispute between George Alexolpolous and Peter Simedi was asked pointed but respectful questions about where he stood on the continued harassment of George and others by War Campaign. Clint refused to answer the questions and instead labeled such questions a harassment campaign by a troll army aimed at censoring him.
TUG showed solidarity with Sweetcast describing the those questions as a demand to “walk lockstep or else.” TUG also noted that these outsiders were offering to “help you fail” implying that success only comes from the continued support of the group that is comicsgate. The hypocrisy being that Clint refused to answer the questions because he could not support the unsupportable, yet could not risk alienating Caesar’s chosen; it was Clint who was being forced to walk “lockstep” just as Roro has once described.
Joining Sweetcast in the safe space is Mandy Summers, the Comicsgate classi lady of Wart the Wizard fame. Mandy had commented on a (I believe) War Campaign livestream that she had just come back to witness Ethan’s chat calling George “Pussyopolous”. Edwin highlighted the two comments and suggest that this as perhaps not how comic book professionals should be acting.
Ethan blamed Edwin’s action as conjuring a hate mob targeting poor Mandy, as Ethan continued to attack Edwin over several days. Fortunately for Mandy, Ethan said that the ordeal had left her in tougher.
New dildo meme dropped this week targeting myself, Mike S Miller, Doug Tenable and Edwin. One such attack was a quite well done artistic piece by John Haze art showing Edwin as receiving Doug’s (the prime tape worm) seed to hatch something evil. Ethan commented in response that Edwin had never contributed much to #Comicsgate other than police people’s language, “He was elevated at my whim, and now the opposite is true.” In other tweets, Ethan alleged that Edwin was a conspirator attempting to take down the Breitweisers by sabotaging the Wal-Mart deal and that his behavior could not be tolerated. Edwin claimed that this was patently false, that he had engaged an attorney to sue for defamation unless Ethan retracted his statement.
Ethan seemed in a messianic mood on Twitter, saying that Doug Tenapel had prayed to Jesus for divine assistance in selling Earthworm Jim and that Ethan was the answer to Mike’s prayers. As Ethan tells it, Mike’s pride would not allow him to continue to gain from #Comicsgate for he could not accept that Ethan was the reason that people were buying Doug’s book.
Ethan’s bizarre behavior on Twitter caused YouTube personality and former Ethan fan, Fan Advocacy Network to declare that he was blocking Ethan because he could bear to witness what he had become.
In lighter news, Ro the leader of the masculinity obsessed, homoerotic group War Campaign created a YouTube channel Rorolove a number of years ago. There was a video of Roro making strange faces and bizarre noises which caused commenters to say, “I’m scared.” How much EVS had to do with Roro’s transformation to homoerotic paragon of masculinity for all of Comicsgate remains unclear.
