Yep, just one big nut, used to be justified to one side, but it's now centered. Also no changes in weight, or anything that would indicate lowered testosterone. Probably a bit lower though.

I was sent to a psych eval facility for another 3 days.
They determined I wasn't a harm to myself or anyone else.
Then everything went back to normal. I even kept my job.
