It's not even a 1st appearance. Even worse, it's a character no one cares about. Because of EVS' attacks on gays and women and his association with dildo memes and sick freaks it will never be a property sold in places like Wal Mart. If he ever sneaked a deal through and the SJW nuts found out they would threaten a boycott and he would lose his deal. A price guide could say it has a certain value but that doesn't mean it would sell.

Its impossible to know what the market will look like in 20 years, but you can run a simple search on ebay to see what its currently selling for.

800,000 dollars in sales don’t lie bro add the fact that SJWs no longer wield as much power they once had because everyone has gotten tired of their shit. EVS doesn’t need Walmart when he already has a built in audience ready to buy his comics. Also ask Marvel and DC how well Walmart is working out for them when all that can be seen are graphic novels near the bottom shelf and zero floppies.

The good book says to resolve the conflict before going to court and that's good advice. I think Edwin should have politely asked for it to be taken down instead of going to a lawyer and threatening a lawsuit over it. If deleting a tweet is all it takes for me to avoid a lawsuit and get back to making money I'd do the same. Comicsgate was about dollars before principles when Mike got handed the notice, it should stay consistent in at least one thing...

FFS war campaign is always in the middle of everything.

I don't think anything will come from it... other than a few laughs at Ethan for being so comically delusional, dishonest and obnoxious. That's not a crime though.

On the plus side, it distracts Ethan from his responsibilities and issues with his unfulfilled campaigns.

Damages seems easy to me because you could measure that in clickthroughs and twitter and youtube subs. "After Ethan made his defamatory statements on [date], I lost 100 subs and traffic to my t-shirt site decreased by 30%. According to my expert, this cost me $[x] in income this year, and a projected $[x] over the next ten years."

The big question is whether those damages actually justify the cost of the suit. (The lesser question is whether Edwin, as a limited-purpose public figure, can prove malice and not merely negligence.)
