If anything it’s better than what he did. At least the character in this episode did some kind of decathlon. Rhys cherry picked the easiest sport possible to dominate women.

It is amazing to me how many of these troons (especially FtM) are overweight and think that the way to be accepted or sexually desirable is to "change" their sex instead of just going on a diet. A diet, while hard to do sometimes, is so much easier than surgery and has far better outcomes in terms of quality of life. Instead of getting her boobs lopped off, she should have gotten weight loss surgery instead.
